Hardware Return Policy

DesignTech Services, Inc. is a Value Added Reseller tailoring hardware offerings to the specific needs of the customer

In the unlikely event that a purchase does not suit its intended purpose, it may be returned to DesignTech within 10 Business days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for items missing or damaged in transit must be made within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise

Refunds, Credits, Exchanges

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, a refund check will be issued in approximately10 business days from the date of return.

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed

Conditions

Please call for a Return Authorization Number as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 
• DesignTech reserves the right to collect a vendor restocking fee of 15%.
• All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in original box, with all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. 
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit

No Return/Exchange on the following:

 

Defective items may be repaired under warrantee, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model.
